About the Campus
A campus built where the industry already is.
Established in 2005 as PES School of Engineering and later PES Institute of Technology's South Campus, the EC Campus became a founding constituent of PES University when it was granted university status in 2018. Today it's one of the university's largest campuses — a 50-acre site on Hosur Road, about a kilometre before Electronic City, one of Bengaluru's biggest technology and innovation corridors.
The location isn't incidental. Being embedded in Bengaluru's IT ecosystem means shorter commutes for guest faculty from the industry, easier access to internships, and a campus culture that stays close to how the tech and business world actually works — while still offering the full residential, sporting, and cultural life of a university campus.
Alongside Engineering, Management and Computer Applications, the campus is also home to PESIMSR (PES Institute of Medical Sciences & Research) and its associated teaching hospital, making EC Campus the university's hub for medical education.
